This core builder is made for Large Radiators, up to 120” (3m) long. Normally used in the Locomotive Industry for Mechanical Bonded Radiator Cores.

Features and Benefits:
Tilting Table – the table will tilt downward allowing the core to be removed horizontally onto an oven belt or cart to move it to the next operation. No cranes are needed for moving the core off the table.
Roller Bed – a set of rollers are used to lift the core up by it’s compression bars, allowing an operator to roll the core off the table
Hydraulic Compression – this core builder uses hydraulic compression for final core compression. This allows you to compress the core the exact core height needed for your headering or assembly process.
Heavy Duty Construction – needed to keep these cores square and to handle the heavy weight of the finished core assembly
Side Channels – two side channels are used to align your tubes on the header ends. These channels are movable and can be infinitely adjusted to your tube length.
Operator Interface – a simple operator interface is used to run the machine.  the touch screen allows the operator to select which function he wants to run, i.e. table up/down, core compress, un-compress, etc.
