The Voss RF-300 Fin Machine is
ideally suited for the OEM and aftermarket manufacturer looking to produce high performance fins with maximum flexibility
and ease of use. This machine is ideal for work cell applications with quick change tooling and simple setup. Changing
over a fin headstand can be done as little as 10 minutes. Our patented pin roll tooling ensures the highest quality
fin features such as fin height, fin density and exacting louver angles. In many applications, fins produced with
our pin roll tooling out perform fins made from conventional star wheel tooling. The affordability and flexibility
of our tooling allows you to have backup tooling or other fin patterns. The speed and cost to produce the pin roll
tooling is ideal for prototype fin designs. Every aspect of the RF-300, from the uncoiler to the outfeed tray and
everything in between, was designed to produce fins with superior performance. Machine operations and maintenance
