The Voss RF-220 Fin Machine was
designed to meet the strict specifications of OEM applications and affordability for low to medium volume production.
The small footprint and flexible design of the RF-220 makes it ideally suited for work cells. Our patented pin roll
tooling is the key to our success in producing high quality fins at a very economical price. The pin roll tooling
pre-forms the fin bend radius to control radius location and size. Fin height adjustment can be made to accommodate
for different fins per inch. Our louver rolls cut with very little friction and the louvers are air formed to achieve
a very consistent louver angle with little wear or damage to the rolls. No tension is necessary to adjust fin height,
again reducing tool wear. Please consider the RF-220 for your future fin machine needs. Precision and consistency
of the fin will prove its worth. Check out the RF-300 for higher volume applications or the RF-100 for a low cost
solution.
