The Voss FM-135MP Fin Machine
is designed to produce the finest fins for aftermarket and OEM applications. You can depend on the Voss FM-135MP to
produce a superior quality core at a competitive price. Precision, versatility, affordability and ease of use are
what set the FM-135MP apart from other fin machines. At Voss, precision means consistency and high quality. The Voss
piloting system controls tube slot size and tube centers accurately. This provides fin-to-fin consistency for smooth
tube push and superior tube to fin bond. Through the use of a multi-die system, flatness and straightness are easily
maintained. This same multi-die system produces a superior hem, stiffener, louver and dimple. Cut-off is precise and
stacking is made easy. The Voss FM-135MP has a multi-pitch feed system which allows you to produce multiple fin patterns,
including different tube pitches, in the same machine. This feature provides you the opportunity to take on low volume
cores and to maximize the production of high volume cores with one machine. The FM-135MP has the same precision and
productivity features as the FM-135C, but with less moving parts. This equates to less adjustments, less service costs
and ultimately longer feeder life.
