The Voss FM-135C Fin Machine
is designed to produce the finest fins for aftermarket and OEM applications. You can depend on the Voss FM-135C to
produce a superior quality core at a competitive price. Precision, versatility, affordability and ease of use are
what set the FM-135C apart from other fin machines. At Voss, precision means consistency and high quality. The Voss
piloting system controls tube slot size and tube centers accurately. This provides fin-to-fin consistency for smooth
tube push and superior tube to fin bond. Through the use of a multi-die system, flatness and straightness are easily
maintained. This same multi-die system produces a superior hem, stiffener, louver and dimple. Cut-off is precise and
stacking is made easy. The versatility and ease of use of the FM-135C contribute to its affordability. With additional
tooling, you can produce a variety of fins with one machine. Changeover is simple and can be accomplished in as little
as five minutes. With minimal experience and training you can operate and maintain the FM-135C, to produce a high
quality fin for years to come.

• Modular cam actuated die system consisting of Hem, Stiffener, Dimple, Louver, Pierce dies.
These can all be changed in minutes from one fin to another
• Voss cam die and feed system utilizes our unique
feed release and piloting system to ensure accurate tube pitch and tube sizes
• Precision long life cutoff for
accurately cutting the fins in position and to length • Automatic fin catcher allows the fins to stack up during production.
